Day Care trial period
Our 4-Week Trial Period
To ensure every dog is happy, comfortable and suited to our daycare environment, all new dogs now begin with a 4-week trial period.
This gives your dog time to settle in, build confidence, make friends and become familiar with our daily routine. It also allows our team to get to know your dog’s personality, behaviour and individual needs.
During the trial period, we carefully monitor how your dog interacts with our team and other dogs, and how they cope with the daycare environment.
At the end of 4 weeks, we will assess whether our daycare is the right fit for your dog and provide you with feedback on how they have settled in.
Our priority is always the health, safety and happiness of every dog in our care. The trial period helps us create a safe and enjoyable environment where every dog can thrive.
